This summer I had an intern, Chelsea Allen, working with me. She was super! Always up for whatever I had planned, even some messy paper mache while being bitten by mosquitoes. What a trooper! Chelsea was given the assignment of designing this party for me and my family to execute while on our vacation. She did a great job as you will read in her description. Once everyone was fully satisfied we went back on to the beach to make a bonfire. Having relatives who live on the beach was a blessing, not only for the great view and room for activities, but also for the many different beach themed dishes and items around the house that we were able to use for decorations.
